- 0.25 oz. 8ml Sake (Junmai Daiginjo)
- 0.25 oz. 8ml Plum Liqueur (UME)
- 0.75 oz. 23ml Aquafaba
- 0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. 15ml Simple Syrup
- 1 drop 1 drop Ube Extract
