• Pastry
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 8 tablespoons (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

• 2-3 very ripe bananas (or, ideally, plantains)
