- 2 cups Half & Half
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Block, shredded by hand
- 4 oz Pepper Jack Block, shredded by hand
- Siete Taco Seasoned Maiz Totopos, as needed
- Garnish with Siete Mild Salsa & Chopped Cilantro (optional)
