Fluffy rolls with just a hint of sweetness have always been my nemesis. Then bring on the beautiful butter and I'm without any defences. SO good.
Ingredients
- 200 Grams orange sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 500 Milliliters water for steaming plu 150g more
- 30 Grams Yeast-fresh or 2 tsp dried yeast
- 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar
- 60 Grams butter plus some more for brushing on hot rolls
- 2 eggs
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes
- 480 Grams bakers or strong flour
