Ingredients: 1 package (10 ounce) romaine lettuce; 9 ounces cooked chicken breast (leftover); 2 cups crushed tortilla chips; 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese; 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges or diced; 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced black olives (drained); 1/2 cup sour cream (save for the topping); tortilla chips; 2/3 cup French dressing; 2/3 cup salsa (thick and chunky); 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix (use your own or bought)
