Ingredients

  • 500g of lamb mince
  • 500g of beef mince
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small bunch of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of your choice of spices: Sumac, Smoked paprika, Allspice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli oil
  • 2 tablespoons worth of coriander, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of dried Bulgur
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 small bunch of curly parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup of tahini
