Ingredients
- 500g of lamb mince
- 500g of beef mince
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small bunch of parsley finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of your choice of spices: Sumac, Smoked paprika, Allspice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of chilli oil
- 2 tablespoons worth of coriander, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of dried Bulgur
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 cucumbers, finely chopped
- 2 stalks of spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 small bunch of curly parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of greek yoghurt
- ½ cup of tahini
