Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup chopped baby arugula
- 1 jalapeño chile , stemmed, seeded, and minced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 ounces feta cheese , crumbled (1 cup)
