Ingredients

• 1 chicken disjointed
• 1 tablespoon Garlic
• 1 teaspoon Ginger
• 1 heaped tablespoon butter or olive oil
• Red pepper flakes (use to your taste)
• 1 teaspoon salt salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• ½ cup ketchup
• ½ cup Bbq sauce
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• Add chili powder or flakes to your taste
• Add the chicken to this mixture. Leave to cook on medium heat. The chicken should be finished with a sticky
