- 1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder (I used Ghirardelli)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs, beaten lightly
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus additional for dusting hands
