Ingredients

• 2 tsp dried parsley
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• 2 tsp rubbed sage
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 Tbs mustard
• 2 cups diced apples
• 2 lbs ground turkey
• 1/3 cup almond flour
• ½ onion
• 1 Tbs olive oil
• 3 Tbs tomato paste
