Fern’s Homemade Caramel Corn

Ingredients

• 2 bags microwave popcorn ((popped))
• 1 ½ cups peanuts
• 1 cup pecans ((or other nuts, like almonds))
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• ½ cup corn syrup
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
