Ingredients
- 1 pack of Good Mess brownie mix
- 4 eggs (or an egg replacement if you want to make it vegan)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (80ml) of olive oil, or melted and cooled coconut oil or butter
- 1 can (14 oz or 400g) of full fat coconut milk
- 1 can (14 oz or 400g) of coconut cream
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- Optional: a pinch of sea salt
