Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• ¼ cup onions, diced
• 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced

• ¼ lb fresh green onion sausage (approximately 1 link)
• ¼ cup seafood stock
• ¼ cup white wine
• 1 tablespoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic®
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
• ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp panko bread crumbs
• ½ cup + 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• 2 dozen large mushroom caps, stems removed, washed and patted dry
