Ingredients: ⅓ - ½ loaf sliced white bread; 3 eggs; 2 tablespoons milk; ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder; Pinch elachie powder; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1. Beat the eggs with milk, sugar, & spices.; 2. Heat shallow oil in a frying pan on medium heat.; 3. Cut bread slices in half.; 4. Dip bread into egg mixture and fry on either side till golden.; 5. Whilst hot sprinkle on cinnamon sugar.
