Ingredients

• 3 medium Zucchini grated
• 1 medium carrot grated
• 1 large onion chopped.
• 3 rashers bacon rind removed, chopped (optional)
• 1 cup tasty cheddar cheese grated
• 1 cup flour, self-raising
• 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
• 5 Eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
