Made from puffed rice, Murmura ki Chatpati as we call in Gujarat and Sushila as it’s known in Maharashtra, has also many versions and names all over India.

- murmura (puffed rice): 3 Cups
- Water
- oil : 1 tbs
- Peanuts and daliya
- mustard seeds
- asafoetida powder: 1 pinch
- curry leaves
- Green chillies
- onion: 1 medium sized
- salt
- turmeric powder
- coriander powder
- red chilli powder
- tomato: 1 medium size
- lime juice
- sugar: 1/2 tsp
- coriander leaves
