• 2 cups flour, unbleached white or gluten free
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons Cassia Vietnamese Cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 1 box (1 lb) powdered sugar, sifted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted and divided
• 2 tablespoons chopped Candied Ginger
• 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds (optional)
