Ingredients

• San Remo Angel Hair Spaghetti 500g
• 2 shallots, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 red chilli, finely chopped
• 1 large gourmet tomato or 3 small roma tomatoes, finely chopped
• 100ml olive oil + extra to drizzle
• 500g cooked spanner crab meat
• 1 handful flat leaf parsley
• 1 lemon, juiced
• Salt & Pepper
• Parmesan cheese
