• 1 courgette, diced
• 80g of kale, picked
• 100g of tenderstem broccoli, sliced at 2cm intervals
• 10g of tarragon, picked
• 10g of flat-leaf parsley, picked
• 25g of walnuts
• 6 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 tsp red wine vinegar
