- two eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumb / cornmeal
- Vegetable oil
- 2 Slices of a white bloomer
- Ketchup and tabasco
- Kewpie mayo (Any mayo will do but kewpie is epic)
- Handful of lettuce
- 1 Beef tomato
