Lemon Pucker Cheesecake – Recipe Wise

Ingredients

• 2 graham crackers ( packages cellophane wrapped Nabisco )
• 1/2 cup butter ( melted ) or 1/2 cup margarine ( melted )
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 lbs cream cheese ( softened )
• 2 cups sugar
• 7 eggs
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 lemons ( rind finely grated )
• 2 lemons ( juice only )
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
