Ingredients

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 Tbsp minced Calabrian chilis
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 cup grapeseed oil
• 1 head iceberg lettuce, rough chopped
• 4 oz pepperoni, diced
• 4 oz smoked deli ham, diced
• 4 oz provolone cheese, diced
• 1 jar sliced peperoncini, drained
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Gelson’s 100% California extra virgin olive oil
• 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp freshly ground Gelson’s black pepper
• 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
