- 60g Perfecto-More
- 75g sugar
- 675g whole milk 3,5%
- 15g Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 90g pistachio paste
- 35g cookie ice cream paste Movito
- pinch of salt
- 170-200g pistachios Variegato from the Movito Shop or made by yourself
- 30g butter leaf biscuit (I prefer the Bahlsen biscuit)
- 30-50g roasted pistachios
