• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Medium orange, juiced & zested
• 1 tbsp Fairtrade Tate & Lyle Light Muscovado Sugar
• 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
• 1 Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Red onion
• 4-6 Garlic clove
• 2 tsp Thyme leaves
