Lasagne Soup - CATELLI®

Ingredients

• 1 PKG (375g) Catelli Smart Lasagna, cut in 1 or 2-inch pieces -
• pasta sauce - 1 jar (700 ml)
• olive oil - 1 tbsp (15ml)
• ground beef (beef or pork) - 450 g
• yellow onion, diced - 1
• garlic cloves, smashed - 4
• chicken broth (prefer a low sodium version if store bought) - 8 cups (1.89 L)
• diced Tomatoes - 1 small can
• tomato paste - 2 tbsps (30ml)
• sugar - 1 ½ tsp
• dried basil - 1 tsp
• bay leaf - 1
• dried oregano - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• pepper - ½ tsp
• shredded mozzarella cheese - 2-3 cups
