Ingredients

• 5 medium zucchinis, grated
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 5 slices of bacon, diced
• 5 large eggs
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
