• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 5 short cut pieces of bacon
• 2 medium zucchini, grated
• 1 carrot, grated
• 150g pumpkin, grated
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup self raising flour
• 5 eggs, lightly beaten
