- 1 Free range large egg white(s)
- 160ml Tonic water
- 250g Silver Spoon Caster Sugar
- 3 tbsp Gin
- 3 tbsp Silver Spoon Icing Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Lime (zest & juice)
