Elsie’s Holiday Fruitcake - Borden Dairy

Ingredients

• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature, at least 65°F
• 5 tbsp Borden Whole Milk
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour at room temperature
• 1 cup crushed pineapple
• 1 cup dried fruit of your choice
• 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
• 1/2 cup candied red cherries each cut in half*
