spicy tuna toasts

Ingredients

• 4-6 baguette slices - depending on size
• 1 can tuna, drained
• 2-3 tablespoons Kewpie mayo
• 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons diced green onion
• 1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
• Lightly toast baguette slices
• Combine tuna, mayo, wasabi paste, soy & green onion in a bowl - mix well to combine
• Spread on baguette slices, top with some cheese and broil until melted
