Ingredients

• 45g Mornflake medium oatmeal
• 1 tsp demerara sugar
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 200ml whole milk
• 1 small eating apple, unpeeled, cut into eighths and cored
• 1 tbsp water
• 2 tablespoons granola, preferably with nuts
