Ingredients

• 1 medium English cucumber
• 1 small onion (about ½ C), finely diced
• 1 garlic clove, finely minced
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise Juice from a quarter lemon
• 2 tsp fresh dill, finely minced
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp white pepper
• ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 loaf white bread (20 ounces, or at least 18 slices of bread)
