Ingredients

• 1 (approximately 12-oz) ribeye steak
• Salt and pepper
• 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• ½ red onion, sliced
• 1 C fresh white mushrooms, sliced
• 4 slices provolone cheese
• 4 hoagie buns, sliced for sandwiches and buttered
• Lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise for optional topping
