• 2 Cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda
• � teaspoon salt
• 1 Cup Unsalted Butter � room temperature
• � cup Caster Sugar
• � cup Light Muscavado Sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 teaspoons Black Walnut Extract
• 8 Ounces Chocolate Chips or chunks
