• 3cm piece ginger , grated

• 15ml garam masala
• 15ml ground coriander
• 15ml ground cumin
• 60ml tomato paste
• 125ml water
• 800g canned chickpeas , drained
• 125ml coconut cream
• 60ml fresh coriander , chopped
• 250g baby spinach
• To serve:
• fresh coriander , chopped
• naan bread
• Tomato salsa (tomato, sliced onion & coriander)
