• (3) 15 ounce cans pumpkin puree
• 1 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Apple Butter
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Sweet Apple Cider
• 2 tablespoons curry powder
• 1 cup heavy cream
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup sour cream, optional
