Ingredients
- 1/2 yellow onion raw or sautéed
- 1 red Apple, chopped in cubes
- Half a cucumber
- 1/2 Green onion
- 1 cup walnuts, broken up and sautéed
- 4 ounces dry bowtie pasta
- Half a jar of pesto sauce (for vegan recipe, make sure it is without parmesan)
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, basil, oregano…)
- 1 tbs olive oil
