Ingredients

• 2 cups maida(all purpose flour)
• 1 pinch baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 tsp nigella seeds
• 2 cups oil
• 1 & 1/2 cup water
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cardamom
