Ingredients
- 1 pkg 85 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 can 300 ml Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 1/2 cups 625 ml fresh strawberries, puréed to about 1 1/2 cups (375 mL)
- 3 tbsp 45 ml lemon juice
- 1 cup 250 ml whipping cream, whipped
