Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 can 300ml Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ½ cup 125ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp 15ml lemon zest
- 1 9” / 23cm baked pastry shell or prepared graham pie crust
- 2 cups 500ml strawberries, sliced
- ¼ tsp 1ml cream of tartar
- ¼ cup 50ml sugar
