Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs (about 8 whole crackers)
• 3/4 cup sugar, divided
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 pkg (14 oz) caramels
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk (5 oz can)
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans, divided
• 2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour, divided
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled apples, Granny Smith
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
