Guacamole is one of the best dips around! Our version has a citrusy kick of Persian Lime Olive oil and Key Lime Balsamic – bright, zesty and oh so delicious!

- 1 Tablespoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar
