Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 English or Persian cucumber
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Chopped nuts (peanuts, almonds, or pine nuts)
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Fresh basil
