- 1 1/4 cups of HerbaZest Carob Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 3/4 cups of milk (+ 1 TBS)
- 5 cups of all-purpose flour (+ about 1/4 cup for dusting)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast (1 package)
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter (unsalted; melted)
- 3 egg (+ 1 egg white)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
