Homemade Sauce - The Merrythought

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1-2 drops maple extract
• 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
• 1 cup of chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet or dark – your choice)
• 1 14 oz. can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 6 tablespoons salted butter, cubed
• pinch or two of sea salt flakes
• 2/3 cups heavy cream, at room temperature
