Ingredients

• 500g chicken breast (2 breasts)
• Salt and pepper
• 35g plain flour
• 2 tbsp water Sauce
• 1 1/2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 3/4 cup (185ml) chicken stock
• 1/4 cup (85g) honey
• 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• Lemon slices, to serve
• Capers, to serve
