Ingredients
- Salt to taste and Omit the Vanilla and Sugar
- 6 fresh Mielies in Cob remove the leaves rince it and wipe the leaves - if u using the leaves to wrap the batter and and tie with a string and then steam
- 1 well beaten Egg (optional)
- Add vanilla essence it gives a nice flavour even though you omitting the Egg
- +-¾ cup Flour
- 2 level teaspoon baking powder
- +-½ Cup of sugar (not too sweet)
