Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup half-and-half (or full cream milk)
• ¾ cup white sugar
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract For the Cookie Dough Mix-In:
• 5 tbsp butter, softened
• ⅓ cup light brown sugar
• ½ cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
