• 5 shallots
• 2 kg spinach
• 225 gr İçim Cream Cheese
• 1 cup İçim Chef Cream
• 1 glass of İçim Full Fat Milk
• 1 cup grated İçim Kashar Cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• A pinch of black pepper
