• 1 medium yellow onion, sliced

• 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
• 4 6-ounce chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
• salt and pepper to taste

• 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice

• 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 1/4 cups unsalted chicken broth
• 1 lemon, 1/2 sliced, 1/2 for juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
